St. Thomas Christian School System is located opposite Coca - Cola Factory in Paynesville, Monrovia-Liberia. Paynesville is a suburb east of Monrovia, Liberia.
St. Thomas Christian School System was established as a result of a growing need for a school in the Community. Community members were concern about their kids being hit by reckless drivers while crossing the road seeking education in another community. The safety of these kids and the need to help educate these kids who are the future leaders is very important.
A building was rented in fence for the kids safety and good learning environment. The school started September 17, 2018. Over two hundred ( 200) kids had enrolled this academic. From Kindergarten to 9th grade, and 25 staff. The school has a feeding program that each kid can have a meal and not to be incapacitated to learn because of hunger.
Some kids have a meal a day and some do not because of poverty.
